CyHelm (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

Data we collect

Enquiry form: name, work email, company, company size, area of interest and your message.
Resource downloads: name, work email, company, the resource requested and whether you chose to receive updates. Updates are only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Email and WhatsApp: the details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Technical data: IP address and basic server logs used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
To provide the resources you request and, only if you opt in, to tell you about new resources.
To provide and manage services you request from us.
To protect this website against spam, fraud and attacks.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the website and email (for example our hosting provider), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law.

Your rights

Security

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), hardened configuration and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we apply controls appropriate to the data we hold.
